Ceridian
We are delighted to be associated for the sixth successive year with the HR Most Influential. Indeed, Ceridian has been the title sponsor since HR first came up with the fabulous idea of recognising the HR leaders and thinkers who have had the greatest influence on people strategy.
Our congratulations go to all who have made this year’s rankings and to those upcoming directors and thinkers knocking on the door.
The top HR leaders are all responsible for continuing to push forward the profession’s impact and value and many lead major HR transformational programmes within their organisations. They have ensured that HR supports business strategy and, whilst elevating the importance to success of the people asset, have often delivered quantifiable efficiencies, costs savings and performance enhancements across their businesses and organisations.
The top academics and international thinkers listed continue to challenge the HR status quo through dynamic thought leadership, influencing organisational approach to people strategy. The world is moving so quickly, with internationalisation and generational divergence so much to the fore, and our top thinkers have such a critical influence on how the profession understands, adapts and informs.
As one of the UK’s leading and most innovative HR outsourcing and payroll service providers, we recognise the high level of expertise, commitment and know-how needed to even make the short-list for this most sought after recognition scheme. Working closely with clients going through change gives us an insight into the challenges and, most importantly, the opportunities involved.
We at Ceridian have never seen so many examples of HR leaders driving change which genuinely impacts performance across their business, and therefore not just improving the day to day performance of an HR team. It is possible to improve engagement and bottom line at the same time – these are no longer separate objectives.
This autumn sees three of our major implementation programmes go live almost simultaneously, each with significant across-business performance improvements at their centre. Core services are similar, but the creative leadership of our partner HR leaders has tailored solutions creatively, confirmation for us that the best HR leaders are truly commercial and broad-business approached.
These are extremely challenging times economically and socially, but never a better opportunity for the best in HR thinking and practice to shine through.
Do enjoy finding out more about this year’s HR Most Influential.
